Your user name consists of your e-mail address. If this has changed, it can unfortunately only be changed by deleting it and creating a new one. If you have admin rights as a user, you can do this yourself in MyPBSeasy® (https://my.pbsnetwork.eu). If the "User" tab is displayed after logging in, you have the corresponding rights. Here you can create a new user and assign all the required rights. You can then delete the "old" user. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
