1. general

As soon as you have been approved as a retailer in our system, 2 PBSeasy online platforms are available to you.

 

My PBSeasy: Your user administration MyPBSeasy®

PBSeasy Online Shop: Your ordering platform PBSeasy® SHOP / MARKETPLACE

This documentation should show you the advantages of the PBSeasy store and serve as a reference book for our ordering platform.

Our store offers you several ways to create an order quickly and easily.
The advantages of the PBSeasy Shop are obvious. Use the free online platform to quickly and easily place an order with your suppliers.

Individual purchase prices, article images and all article information of the participating suppliers are clearly displayed.
This master data is checked against over 380 criteria and is therefore not only up-to-date at all times, but also of particularly high quality.
Your orders are transmitted to the supplier without any additional effort, e.g. telephone, fax, price inquiries, requests for quotations.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by e-mail.

2. suppliers

Under the "Suppliers" tab you will find a list of all suppliers and partners connected to PBSeasy. For each supplier you will find the address and, after selecting a supplier, the contact details. You can also see which supplier participates in our bonus program, has set KIPs (Customer Individual Prices) for you, offers an availability display or is distinguished by particularly high data quality as a premium supplier. You can also see here which suppliers you are already activated for in our ordering system.

 


3. apply for suppliers

You can apply for new suppliers easily and conveniently by clicking on the "handshake symbol".

Once you have been activated, you can then order these product ranges via PBSeasy. If a supplier blocks you from their range in the first step, they must always specify a reason for blocking. This can be found in the corresponding, automated e-mail which you receive with every release or block. In our experience, a supplier often wants to send a sales representative to you first to negotiate or discuss delivery or price conditions. Therefore, do not be discouraged - an initial rejection does not automatically mean that you will not be allowed to order from this supplier via PBSeasy in the future.

4. your PBSeasy® profile

Under the menu item "Profile" you will find the following options:

View your company data maintained in PBSeasy. You can make changes to the company data in MyPBSeasy® under the "Settings" tab.
Change password function. The new password is then valid for both PBSeasy platforms PBSeasy Shop & My PBSeasy.
View the PBS Network privacy policy and change your password for your PBSeasy login. This password change will then apply to the PBSeasy Shop and My PBSeasy pages. You can also view our privacy policy.
Change your company data

Have you noticed that your company or contact details are not set correctly in PBSeasy? You can change them in your MyPBSeasy® user administration


Click on the corresponding link at the top left and log in with your PBSeasy access data. Here you will find the "Settings" tab under which you can make the appropriate adjustments.

The "Settings" tab is not displayed? If you cannot see the "Settings" tab, you do not have the required access rights. To make changes, you must have the "Administrator" right.

If you are not sure who in your company has access rights in PBSeasy Admin, please contact our support team. You can find the contact details for our customer service at the bottom of our online store page or use the blue support button on the right-hand side of the screen.
