You can open "My PBSeasy" from the store by clicking on the corresponding tab. Or you can save the page as a favorite in your browser: MyPBSeasy®

Depending on whether you are a PBSeasy® SHOP/Marketplace or a PBSeasy® connect customer, you have various tabs to choose from here:

Products:

Here you can book additional PBSeasy® products. The area contains information on further features of the PBSeasy® product family.

OrderTracker

Here you can track the orders you have placed. You can refine the displayed order list by pre-filtering by supplier and/or date. If you leave the fields empty, all your previous orders will be listed. The selected results can be downloaded as csv files.

PriceTracker

Here you can access your individual price files of the manufacturers for you. Here you can check which KIP files have been made available to you by the suppliers and when. Access to the PriceTracker requires your IP address to be stored by PBS Network GmbH support. Please submit a ticket for this purpose.

Approvals

In order to be able to order from our suppliers, you must first apply for approval. After clicking on the "Approvals" tab, you will first be shown all the suppliers that you have already requested in the past. You can see from the status whether a supplier has approved or blocked you, or whether the request still needs to be processed by the supplier (status "requested").

Requesting new approvals

After clicking on the "Request new approval" button, you will see a list of all the suppliers available to you for requesting approval. Select the relevant supplier(s) and click on "Request supplier". Finally, click on "Request"

Data distribution (only PBSeasy® connect customers)

Here you can download the item master data (total stock/updates) or have it sent to you. Total stocks are always marked here with the file name "new". A total stock always contains all updates that have been accumulated up to this point in time.

If you obtain media data in BMECAT format (mail/direct/media push procedure), a further tab "Media data" is displayed, which you can use to download total media stocks.

Media shop

This is the access to our free media database. The media data of articles can be obtained here by copy & paste or by download (limited to max. 50 articles per day). As with the order assortments, the prerequisite here is the approval of the supplier.

Users

As a rule, the first user created is automatically assigned administrator rights by our system.

Create additional users

The user who has admin rights can create additional user accounts and also assign various access authorizations to these accounts. Our system only accepts a valid email address as a user name.

Delete user

Open the relevant user by clicking on the user name (email address) - select "Delete user".

Change password

Open the corresponding user by clicking on the user name (email address) - select "Change password".
