What do the order channels mean?

1) Online = orders from the PBSeasy® SHOP (Internet ordering system).
2) Silent = orders placed by PBSeasy® customers from their merchandise management systems.
3) Mobile = orders via the PBSeasy® mobile app of your sales representatives.
