Below are some questions and answers as well as important information on the possibilities of the OrderTracker:
How can I check the orders I have already placed? |
You can search for the desired orders in the OrderTracker using various search options (e.g. supplier, date from / to etc.). Click on the relevant order (e.g. order number) to access the detailed overview. In the <Status history> area, you can also access your original order file. |
Can I print out the detailed view of my order? | As soon as you open the desired order (= click on e.g. order number), the <Print view> button is available at the top right. This is divided into header, address and item data. |
Where can I view my follow-up documents (if my suppliers process them for me via PBSeasy®)? | You can use the search options in the OrderTracker to search for the desired order. Once you have opened the order overview of the order, you can view the follow-on documents via the left-hand area <All documents>. |
What do the order paths mean? |
1) Online = orders from the PBSeasy® SHOP (Internet ordering system). 2) Silent = orders placed by PBSeasy® customers from their merchandise management systems. 3) Mobile = orders via the PBSeasy® mobile app of your sales representatives. |
What do the levels mean? |
1) OK = Error-free order was forwarded to the supplier.

How can I cancel my order? |
Unfortunately, only the supplier can cancel your order. We are merely the transmitter of the electronic order file. This will be sent to the manufacturer within seconds. We therefore no longer have any ability to influence or cancel the order in any way. Please contact the supplier from whom you placed your order directly! |
Can I make subsequent changes to a booked order? | No, unfortunately you cannot make any changes once you have made your booking. In this case, please contact the supplier directly. They may be able to make the desired adjustments. |
What do the colored dots in the "Status" column mean? follow-up documents" | Here you can see which documents are in the order chain and are available (from left to right): First point: mission Second point: order confirmation Third point: delivery note Fourth point: invoice The question indicates the status of each document. You can see this status in the “mouseover” text of the points. |
Can I export the OrderTracker search results? |
Yes, both the overall result and a selection made. An export is possible both as a CSV and as an Excel table and is available as a download. |
What do I see if I click directly on the order? | You will receive a detailed overview of all information about the order including all content, addresses, validation events, positions, status history as well as information about the follow-up documents provided by the supplier (if provided by the supplier!) |
