In the <SETTINGS> <INDIVIDUAL ITEMS> area, you as a supplier have the option of creating individual articles for your customers via PBSeasy®.
The created articles must be communicated to the respective retailers in advance by exchanging information with you, i.e. EAN, article number, etc..
These can then be ordered by your customers without errors via the PBSeasy® SHOP or from your own merchandise management system.
Background: Every PBSeasy® order is checked against the currently distributed master data. As such individual articles are not contained in the generally distributed article data, the retailer would receive an error message when ordering.
