Is the PBSeasy® mobile iPad app up to date?

Please ask your iPad administrator or our support via e-mail to: support@pbsnetwork.eu for the current PBSeasy® app version number.
If you have ensured that all system components are up to date, please check that the app is no longer open in the background. If so, you can close the app by double-clicking on the "Home button" on your iPad and swiping upwards. Then open the app again.
If the error still occurs, please send a log file from the app to our support team. Tap on the gear icon and select <Settings>. Then select the <App Info> tab.
