Tap either <Settings> (gear icon) or the <Refresh icon> (two circling arrows) and refresh the <Customers> option. Check whether the customers are now displayed. If not, please contact your iPad administrator. They will then check the customer master data CSV file sent to the PBS Network. The list may need to be imported again.
