The media can be added in three ways:
1. directly via the UI function 'Add Image':
Select image file => Open => Import => Media entry is automatically created for the article in the DM and the image file is saved in the media directory.
2. drag and drop onto the empty field under Add Image.
3. create media entry manually.
Right-click in the media table =>Insert Entry => Enter data => Fill media data in the empty columns => Save image file in the Datamanager media directory.
4. import via a CSV import profile.
