You have two options for requesting additional suppliers for your PBSeasy® access:
Note: The login for the PBSeasy® SHOP is identical to your login in MyPBSeasy®!
1) Via your MyPBSeasy® account
If you would like to apply for further approvals, click on "Approvals" in the function bar on the left in MyPBSeasy®. A list of all your already approved suppliers will appear. Click on the " + Request new approval" button further up on the right. In the next screen, select the desired supplier(s). To do this, you must select the desired manufacturer(s) in the left-hand column.
You can then enter your customer number and a brief comment for each supplier on the following page.
By clicking on the "Send request" button at the top left, your request will be sent to the desired supplier(s). The supplier now has 5 working days to check your request and to activate you for the order and, if necessary, the PBSeasy® data retrieval. In the event of activation, the supplier will also make your individual price data available to you in PBSeasy®.
2) Via your login in the PBSeasy® SHOP
If you would like to request further approvals, click on "Suppliers" in the top left-hand corner of the store. A list of all available suppliers will appear. Here you can see on the right whether you already have approval from the supplier ("Approved" in green) or not ("Not requested" in red). Now click on the "handshake symbol" next to the supplier to be requested, fill in the fields if required (optional information) and click on "Request".
