This article is intended to help you create freight conditions in the PBSeasy® SHOP for your approved retailers and assign them to retailers or retailer groups.
Log in with your known MyPBSeasy® account and select the “Settings” area in the dashboard on the left.
In this area you now have many possibilities to influence the basic functions of PBSeasy® SHOP. Please select the area “Freight conditions”. Now you can see the already existing freight conditions that are created in PBSeasy® for you as a supplier. Basically the freight condition “Standard” exists, which is created as default value in PBSeasy®.
NOTE: Every retailer you have activated is assigned the “Standard” freight condition. The affected customers must be “assigned” for the additionally created freight conditions!
Now create a new freight group with conditions that differ from those of your standard freight group.
Please give the new freight group a unique name! This will then appear when assigning the freight conditions for the retailers to choose from!
Now create the freight group with the desired complete values, e.g. new minimum order values. Please make sure that all necessary freight conditions are entered! Only one freight group can be selected per customer, i.e. only the values of the assigned freight group apply to the retailer concerned!
After creating the new freight group, you can now assign your desired dealers to the new freight group in the “Dealers” area on the left (multiple selection possible). As soon as this has been done, the newly stored freight conditions apply to these merchants in the PBSeasy® SHOP.
